 Keith, a 2000 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America was born and raised in the Hudson Valley working throughout the New York Tri-State area in various restaurants, hotels and most recently at a prestigious New York City Law Firm.

Keith brings a simple approach to Peza, with the belief that utilizing the freshest wholesome ingredients  in a simple manner produces the best tasting foods.
